What you'll do
- Provide customer service in person, by phone, email, and other platforms
- answer questions and guide students through admissions, records, financial aid, residency, enrollment verification, forms, and college referrals
- review residency applications and supporting documents and make determinations under applicable rules
- process enrollment-related forms and records
- manage communications and shared inboxes
- maintain reception areas and materials
- enter, scan, index, and file records
- maintain service metrics
- use Banner, Microsoft Office, imaging systems, SLATE, and enrollment technologies
- protect student confidentiality
- support enrollment periods, registration, orientations, and outreach events.
