What you'll do

• Answer call lights
• assist residents with daily living, grooming, bathing, dressing, laundry, and transfers
• escort residents to meals and activities
• document and chart activities
• observe and report health or behavior changes
• communicate with residents, families, and coworkers
• perform medication administration only after completing QMAP training and satisfactory shadowing review
• maintain medication supplies and records when performing QMAP duties.
