Senior Accountant, Property Management

The accountant maintains accurate property-level financial records and supports reporting and general ledger activities. The role handles transactions, reconciliations, and monthly close tasks while working with the Controller to address accounting matters.

• Process property-management accounting transactions
• prepare, review, and record journal entries
• reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
• research discrepancies and maintain supporting documentation
• review and categorize property financial activity
• assist with monthly close
• use RealPage or OneSite
• work with the Controller.
