What you'll do

• Process monthly payroll with a third-party provider
• ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution
• manage and audit employee benefits programs
• serve as a point of contact for providers and employees
• test workflows in Hibob and Pigment App
• check data flows between platforms and identify automation opportunities with the manager
• maintain payroll records and prepare reports for finance budget forecasting
• manage employer-of-record providers.
