What you'll do

• Plan and support individuals’ chosen daily activities, including household, recreational, learning, fitness, interests, and money management
• assist with healthy dietary choices and eating as needed
• provide personal support with hygiene, bathing, toileting, and dressing as needed
• administer and chart medications according to guidelines and care plans
• maintain medication records, storage, and counts
• schedule, transport, and record appointments and community activities
• prevent, recognize, and report abuse
• complete other assigned duties.
