What you'll do

• Perform topographic, boundary, construction layout, post-construction, benchmarking, ALTA/NSPS land title, and subsurface utility surveys
• stake site layouts and construction features
• conduct elevation surveys for FEMA flood elevation certificates
• establish lines, grades, and control points using robotic total stations and GNSS/GPS
• maintain field notes and digital logs
• collect and upload field data and photos
• coordinate with project teams
• check field accuracy
• support easement, right-of-way, property-line, utility-corridor, and as-built work
• follow safety and site requirements.
