Store Supervisor

Job overview

Compensation is $2 per hour. The Store Supervisor role is an onsite position located in Mount Union, PA. , though an additional $1.50/hr is provided for shifts between 10pm and 6am, supporting the Sheetz, Inc. retail team. This role exists to provide leadership by example to store team members, ensuring high-energy service and a strong team mentality. The supervisor is responsible for mentoring staff, managing product merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Welcome customers with top-tier service

• manage product ordering, merchandising, and rotation
• maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
