What you'll do

• Prepare estimates across conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction-document stages
• review plans and bid documents for scope, risks, exclusions, and opportunities
• perform quantity takeoffs and prepare bid documentation
• solicit and reconcile subcontractor and supplier proposals
• coordinate bid-day activities
• support negotiated projects, value analysis, and GMP proposals
• evaluate project risks and market conditions
• coordinate project handoffs and participate in cost reviews.
