What you'll do

• Coordinate quick-turn task order and RFQ proposals
• manage schedules, contributors, and deliverables
• build and maintain compliance matrices
• use AI tools to support extraction, drafting, editing, formatting, and quality control while verifying outputs
• coordinate milestones and follow-ups
• draft and edit proposal content
• prepare color-team reviews and track feedback
• assemble, quality-check, and submit proposal volumes
• maintain proposal library resources
• lead RFIs, Sources Sought responses, and smaller proposals under the Growth Lead’s direction.
