What you'll do

• Develop mortgage loan business and referral networks
• respond to inquiries and online applications
• interview prospective borrowers and review financial and credit data
• explain financing objectives, products, pricing, and guidelines
• prepare loan applications and coordinate completed files with processing
• ensure compliance and timely disclosures
• support customers through closing
• assist with training other Mortgage Bankers.
