The Ready Mix Driver role is an onsite position based in Tyrone, GA. Compensation is $22.32-$26.20 per hour. This role supports the RMC line of business for Heidelberg Materials, a global leader in building materials. This role exists to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to customer job sites. The driver is responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing vehicle inspections, and maintaining professional communication with customers to support project timelines and product quality standards.

What you'll do

• Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites on schedule.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, routine maintenance checks, and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
• Load, transport, and discharge concrete while ensuring product quality and proper slump consistency.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Adhere to all safety, DOT, and company policies while promoting a culture of safety at all times.
