The Delivery Driver Helper works onsite, starting and ending each shift at the warehouse in Groveland, FL. Pay is $19 per hour, paid weekly. Crews and Co. Logistics delivers packages on behalf of a leading national technology company. Working alongside a lead driver, the helper supports safe, timely package delivery through route assistance, package handling, customer service, and warehouse closeout. The role helps the delivery team complete assigned routes and assist fellow drivers when needed.

What you'll do

• Report to the warehouse for package loadout and route preparation
• ride along and assist the lead driver
• handle, load, and unload packages
• follow navigated routes
• provide customer service
• use a smartphone for GPS, scanning, timekeeping, and supervisor communication
• follow driving regulations and safety policies
• assist with rescue calls
• return to the warehouse for closeout procedures.
