What you'll do

• Supervise operations and food and beverage costs
• support the Executive Chef with product management, ordering, receiving, waste control, pars, and sales forecasting
• support marketing events and promotions
• supervise and train staff
• manage budgets, payroll, accounting functions, purchasing, storage, and inventory
• implement cost-saving measures
• oversee sanitation, maintenance, security, and injury prevention.
