What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, transit passengers, and the public while following security procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, platforms, stations, transit areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas
• respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events
• monitor access points and restricted areas
• prepare activity, incident, and daily shift reports
• communicate relevant information to supervisors, client representatives, and public agency personnel.
