What you'll do

• Maintain apartment interiors, entrances, common areas, grounds, and amenity areas
• power-wash buildings and parking lots
• remove trash and debris
• clean pools and maintain chemical logs
• water landscaping
• replace exterior light bulbs
• assist with minor repairs, vacant-unit trash-outs, snow and debris removal, and emergency maintenance
• maintain equipment and supplies
• clean model and show units
• follow OSHA guidelines.
