What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations and develop team members
• uphold food and service quality, cleanliness, and food-safety standards
• coordinate with kitchen management
• support training
• ensure private events, catering, and banquets are executed
• represent the wine list
• follow cash-handling procedures
• prepare paperwork and schedules
• review financial reports and operating trends
• solicit guest feedback
• enforce company policies.
