What you'll do

• Manage a significant caseload from inception through post-trial
• attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• prepare pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents
• provide timely case-status reports to insurance carriers and clients
• develop client relationships
• travel to courthouses and other locations
• meet monthly billing requirements.
