What you'll do

• Support global IP strategy
• manage patent procurement, including drafting, filings, and prosecution
• assess inventions and conduct patentability, validity, and freedom-to-operate analyses
• support litigation and dispute resolution
• draft, review, and negotiate IP and technology transactions
• provide IP training and business counseling
• support due diligence and risk assessment.
