Business Development Analyst, Entry Talent Accelerator Program

Job overview

The Business Development Analyst role is onsite/hybrid in Washington, DC, with three days per week in the office. The full-time position begins in January or February 2027 and pays a $60,000–$65,000 base salary plus performance-based variable commission. Veris Insights provides research and analytics to early-career and recruiting leaders. The analyst supports the Growth Division by conducting strategic outreach to senior talent acquisition and university recruiting leaders, generating interest in memberships, and building a qualified pipeline. The Entry Talent Accelerator Program combines the role with structured coaching, mentorship, and development for future client-facing and revenue-generating work.

What you'll do

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• work toward activity and pipeline goals
• build relationships with senior recruiting leaders
• partner with Account Advisors on account priorities and prospecting strategies
• collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations
• maintain Salesforce records
• participate in cohort initiatives and an individual growth plan.
