What you'll do

• Represent clients in removal proceedings before EOIR
• handle Master Calendar and Individual Hearings
• prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and USCIS interviews
• handle asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, waivers, and family-based matters
• develop case strategy
• review filings and evidence
• draft motions, briefs, and responses to RFEs/NOIDs
• manage cases and deadlines
• communicate with clients.
