Construction Controller

The Construction Controller role is primarily office-based and onsite in Camp Hill, PA; limited remote work may be possible on rare occasions. Compensation is not specified. The controller oversees financial reporting, accounting controls, budgeting, payroll, and job-cost processes, providing leadership with reliable financial information and scalable systems to support company growth.

What you'll do

• Lead financial records, journal entries, reconciliations, monthly reporting, and month- and year-end close. Oversee payroll accuracy and compliance
• maintain and optimize Vista ERP
• lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial analysis
• oversee construction accounting, job costing, work-in-progress reporting, revenue recognition, and cost tracking
• improve accounting policies and internal controls
• develop accounting staff
• implement process improvements and automation
• and partner with operational leaders on performance, risk, and growth.

Why this role

The normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m.; extended hours or occasional weekend work may be needed. A bachelor’s degree and seven or more years of progressive accounting experience are required; CPA is preferred.
