Job overview

The Program Supervisor role is full-time and onsite in Chicopee, MA. Pay is $50,000–$53,000 annually. The role supports the Mental Health Association’s Division of Supportive Housing, which provides stable housing and individualized services to people who have experienced chronic homelessness. Working with the Program Director, the supervisor leads the supportive housing outreach team, oversees service delivery, and supports staff in helping participants build independence and integrate into the community. The role also maintains program compliance and coordinates with healthcare and community partners.

What you'll do

  • Design and oversee assessments, treatment plans, crisis interventions, and implementation strategies
  • maintain accurate participant files and records
  • prepare progress reports and HMIS documentation
  • oversee required reporting and program financial transactions
  • supervise 5–10 staff
  • provide training and performance support
  • coordinate with healthcare providers and nursing staff
  • facilitate team meetings
  • support participant moves
  • represent the program in community provider meetings
  • participate in the on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
