Job overview

Compensation is $23–$28 per hour. Field Team Associate — Southeast Region is a remote role requiring the employee to be based in the Southeast, with approximately 80% regional travel. Material Bank connects architecture and design professionals with materials from leading brands through its marketplace platform. The associate builds relationships with architecture and design firms, drives platform awareness and adoption, and organizes events, demonstrations, and trainings. The role tracks territory performance and shares field insights to support member engagement, loyalty, and regional marketing and product decisions.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with architecture and design firms
• drive platform awareness, adoption, and loyalty
• plan and execute local and regional events
• lead virtual demos, onboarding, and brand-representative trainings
• run member engagement programs
• track territory KPIs and report field intelligence on firm needs, competitors, and product gaps.
