What you'll do

• Oversee market operations and service standards
• lead and develop technicians and seasonal teams
• ensure routes, staffing plans, and facility operations are executed
• support field teams and resolve issues
• serve as client contact and lead meetings and performance reviews
• drive new contracts and account expansion
• partner on proposals and business development
• recruit and develop staff
• manage division P&L, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• and implement scalable systems and continuous improvements.
