Night Shift Janitorial Supervisor — Industrial

What you'll do

• Train cleaners on standards, products, processes, procedures, and account-specific task schedules
• clean assigned buildings and restrooms
• oversee staff performance and task completion
• inspect work and provide feedback
• adjust coverage for call-offs or no-shows
• respond to customer complaints and requests
• ensure OSHA and safety compliance and proper PPE use.
