What you'll do

• Process weekly payroll
• maintain records for new hires, terminations, and pay-rate changes
• verify timesheets, overtime, and leave balances using payroll software
• calculate and process taxes, benefits, and garnishment deductions
• prepare reports for management and finance
• assist with year-end W-2s and payroll account reconciliation
• respond to employee payroll inquiries
• follow federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
