Pay is $24 per hour. Rutter Mills’ Pre-Litigation Department supports clients, attorneys, and case outcomes during the early stages of personal injury matters. The paralegal manages personal injury files through the demand stage and serves as a point of contact for clients. The role organizes case documentation and deadlines and assists attorneys with pre-litigation case management.

What you'll do

• Manage personal injury pre-litigation files through the demand stage
• communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys
• order, review, and track medical records, bills, lost wages, and other documentation
• prepare demand packages, correspondence, statements, and case summaries
• maintain organized files and deadlines
• assist attorneys with case management.
