What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meats, fish, poultry, soups, vegetables, cereals, desserts, salads, and other foods
• bake cakes, pies, rolls, and other pastries
• cut, clean, and dress meat, fish, and poultry
• supervise proper food storage
• supervise assistants preparing food and cleaning tables, utensils, stoves, and kitchen areas
• keep related records.
