Lead Esthetician

The Lead Esthetician role is full-time and onsite in Panama City Beach, Florida. The role supports the Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa team through skincare services and esthetician coaching. This working leadership role maintains a facial-service clientele while coaching and developing other estheticians. It supports consistent consultations, service quality, sanitation, client follow-through, and team performance in service and retail recommendations.

What you'll do

• Deliver facial services within credentials, training, and spa protocols
• maintain a clientele
• coach estheticians through demonstrations, observation, feedback, and follow-up
• support consultations, sanitation, treatment documentation, and guest follow-through
• teach home-care recommendations, appropriate upgrades, and rebooking
• review results with the manager.
