The Maintenance Technician — Manufactured Home Community role is primarily outdoors in Fort Collins, CO, with a 40-hour workweek. Pay is $16–$20 per hour. The technician maintains the community's appearance and infrastructure through landscaping, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and general repairs. The role also responds to after-hours water and sewer emergencies and helps keep shared areas safe and usable throughout the year.

What you'll do

• Maintain clubhouse and common-area landscaping
• take monthly manual water meter readings
• deliver notices to residents
• pick up trash
• clear ice and snow from common pathways
• insulate meter pits during winter
• respond to after-hours water and sewer emergency calls
• troubleshoot water and sewer breaks
• repair water meters
• perform preventive maintenance, follow-ups, and safety inspections
• and complete other assigned duties.
