What you'll do

• Supervise and guide DSP I and DSP II staff
• oversee staffing coverage, coaching, and policy adherence
• coordinate household routines, inventory, menu planning, and transportation
• oversee daily support activities and appointments
• provide direct care coverage as needed
• track maintenance requests and home audits
• support onboarding and training
• validate required records
• manage documentation for clients’ personal funds
• conduct and document safety drills
• and respond to urgent home-level issues and emergencies per on-call expectations when assigned.
