Job overview

The Valet Captain – Detroit Hospitality role is onsite in Detroit, MI. Pay is $18–$19 per hour plus tips. SP+, a Metropolis company, uses computer vision to provide checkout-free parking experiences and operates a large parking network. The role supports a smooth customer parking experience by safely inspecting and parking vehicles, explaining rates, responding to customer concerns, and following traffic and safety requirements. It also reports incidents and helps management with additional duties as assigned.

What you'll do

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently
• inspect vehicles before parking and note findings
• explain valet rates
• follow traffic laws and safe driving practices
• report accidents, hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations
• use knowledge of local streets and landmarks to support customer transportation
• maintain uniform and punctuality
• assist management with additional duties as assigned.
