Product Strategy Manager is an onsite role in Chino, CA, paying $23–$28 per hour. Cosmo Appliances designs and provides modern, affordable luxury kitchen appliances for home cooking. The role leads product planning and marketing across the product lifecycle, translating customer needs and market insights into product strategies and launches. It supports product quality and business growth through sample testing, defect analysis, and coordination with marketing, customer service, and overseas factories.

What you'll do

• Own the product line and make data-driven decisions
• develop manuals, packaging artwork, cartons, and product labels
• coordinate accurate online product representation with marketing
• support customer service and after-sales teams on product issues
• communicate with overseas factories about development and improvements
• review and test samples
• analyze defects and report quality-improvement recommendations.
