Head of Talent — Advanced Manufacturing is an onsite role in Billerica, MA. Compensation is $160,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity. The role supports an early-stage advanced manufacturing company restoring domestic casting capacity for aerospace, defense, and energy. Reporting to the CEO and joining the leadership team, the Head of Talent builds the recruiting function and hiring systems needed to staff new production foundries. The role leads critical searches, establishes repeatable processes, and develops talent pipelines to support the company’s planned growth.

What you'll do

• Develop a hiring roadmap with the CEO and leadership
• lead critical searches across production, engineering, operations, commercial, and executive roles
• select and launch applicant tracking and sourcing tools
• create repeatable interview, scorecard, and offer processes
• build talent pipelines
• manage recruiting partners
• set compensation bands and equity guidelines with leadership
• coach hiring managers
• strengthen employer brand
• report recruiting metrics and address bottlenecks.
