What you'll do

• Review property management transactions and billing adjustments
• interpret tenant lease terms and ensure accurate accounting-system entry
• maintain and review rent roll, tenant ledger, delinquency, and lease-expiration reports
• maintain property general ledgers and financial statements
• prepare monthly reporting packages and variance reports
• reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• support CAM reconciliations and annual budgets
• prepare construction project draws and job-cost reconciliations
• perform partnership accounting
• review accounts payable invoices and cash receipts
• monitor cash requirements and prepare funding requests or distributions.
