Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required This is an onsite position located in Sheridan, WY. The salary is $44,768.00 per person per year. This role is responsible for creating a structured, family-like environment for a group of approximately 8-13 students, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development. Houseparents provide daily guidance, supervision, and mentorship, manage household routines, and drive students to activities.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working or volunteering with youth.
