What you'll do

• Collect and record information from customers, contractors, plumbers, and consultants about gas service requests
• prepare database records and documents for inspections and designs
• explain company policies, processes, schedules, construction standards, and costs
• prepare letters, estimates, authorizations, and gas meter orders
• monitor and update project status and distribute reports
• prepare projects for installation, including permits, Dig Safe, work orders, and installation specifications
• assist supervisors with gas system maintenance, service, and replacement coordination
• support scheduling, calls, and other project initiatives
• complete assignments and special projects as directed.
