Assistant Property Manager

Working with the Property Manager and onsite management team, this role helps maintain resident services and property administration, including applicant processing, records, service requests, accounts payable, leasing, and resident retention.

What you'll do

• Assist with property operations, resident relations, and office management
• interview applicants and residents
• prepare move-ins and annual recertifications
• manage waiting lists
• maintain vendor insurance certificates and resident files
• answer phones and greet visitors
• track maintenance requests and appliance replacements
• process accounts payable
• support marketing, leasing, and resident retention.
