• Administer Windows servers, accounts, permissions, Group Policy, and print services
• manage SCCM and Intune
• monitor system health and capacity
• maintain network, storage, endpoint, and phone systems
• apply security updates
• resolve escalated issues
• conduct system and backup audits
• document disaster recovery and continuity plans
• automate administrative tasks
• support upgrades and migrations
• coordinate vendors and maintain IT asset records.
