What you'll do

• Develop affiliate marketing strategy across active and future regulated jurisdictions
• build partner relationships and recruit publishers
• lead affiliate strategy for market launches
• manage acquisition budgets and optimize CPA structures using LTV and ROI
• guide affiliate technology and attribution
• oversee operations, onboarding, commissions, and governance
• partner with legal and compliance on licensing, terms, responsible gaming, and fraud prevention
• develop partner reporting and marketing assets
• manage and coach the Affiliate Manager
• oversee the affiliate network relationship.
