What you'll do

• Direct and supervise hourly team members to support product quality, operational efficiency, and guest service
• help plan and oversee assigned tasks and adherence to safety, food safety, sanitation, and security procedures
• train team members using company tools
• assist with equipment and facility upkeep
• perform register and safe audits, deposits, and fund accounting
• investigate and respond to guest complaints
• attend meetings and training
• recommend disciplinary action
• and monitor restaurant cleanliness.
