What you'll do

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll and maintain multi-state payroll tax setup
• administer benefits, 401(k) changes, and enrollment
• manage FMLA and state leaves, disability coordination, and related records
• coordinate onboarding, I-9 and E-Verify, orientation, and separations
• maintain personnel and compliance records
• plan employee events and provide office support
• collaborate with HR leadership and recommend process improvements.
