What you'll do

• Assist and educate members about Association processes

• follow up on member accounts and outstanding receivables
• maintain confidentiality of financial and member records
• assist with data entry
• answer, screen, and forward calls
• perform filing, scanning, photocopying, collating, and faxing
• communicate with members across multiple channels.
