Job overview
The Community Canvasser role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO. Canvasser pay starts at $22 per hour; team leader pay starts at $23.50 per hour. The Outreach Team is conducting voter outreach in Missouri through Election Day. The role engages voters through door-to-door outreach, shares campaign messages, and collects survey responses to support voter turnout. Team leaders also coordinate and support a small group of canvassers in the field.
What you'll do
- Engage respectfully with the public
- deliver campaign messages and collect complete voter survey answers
- attend staff training and follow campaign safety protocols. Team leaders additionally check in with canvassers, debrief at day’s end, ensure they have needed materials, and assist with training and administrative work.
