What you'll do

• Design and execute earned-media plans for recruiter, advertiser, and community audiences
• oversee media lists, press releases, interview preparation, and PR agencies
• manage the company’s presence on review platforms and resolve escalated brand issues
• partner with Marketing Operations and agencies on branded search
• manage a selective company awards schedule
• draft executive messaging for announcements and change management
• maintain public news and leadership web content
• manage communications software credentials, vendor inventory, and partner contracts.
