What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, standards, and plating guidelines
• operate and maintain grills, fryers, and sauté stations
• monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control
• maintain a clean, organized, sanitary workstation
• collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff for timely ticket execution
• follow food safety and handling procedures
• assist with prep, inventory stocking, and end-of-shift kitchen breakdown. Flexible shifts may include nights and weekends
• ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds is required.
