The Senior Underwater Certified Bridge Inspector role is onsite in Miami, FL, supporting Volkert’s Southeast Region. Compensation is not specified. It also supports safe, coordinated inspection work by overseeing dive protocols, mentoring junior divers and inspectors, and communicating findings to topside teams and project engineers.

What you'll do

• Evaluate bridge substructure elements for scour, corrosion, cracking, and marine growth
• document findings with photos, sketches, and field notes and prepare formal reports
• mentor and supervise junior divers and inspectors
• oversee dive safety protocols and equipment checks
• coordinate with topside inspection teams and project engineers
• comply with OSHA commercial diving regulations and client safety plans
• operate and maintain underwater inspection equipment.
