What you'll do

• Prepare high-quality, consistent food products for the assigned outlet
• work with the Room Chef and Master Cooks on par stocks, inventory, and purchased-goods quality
• check kitchen equipment and report damage
• follow sanitation procedures
• maintain cleanliness and organization
• follow safety standards and report unsafe conditions.
