What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end CCBHC billing, including PPS-2 claim and encounter submissions. Code behavioral health, substance use disorder, and integrated services using ICD-10/CPT
• submit electronic claims and resolve rejections. Research denials and underpayments, correct and resubmit claims, file appeals, and analyze denial trends. Maintain patient account and insurance data, post payments and adjustments, reconcile remittances, follow up on accounts receivable, resolve patient balances, and support audits and compliance reviews.
