Photography Lead

The Photography Lead role is onsite in Austin, TX, with compensation of $75,000 per year, DOE. The role works with UPLIFT Desk’s creative team and reports to the Brand Marketing Manager. The lead maintains photography standards and workflows while contributing hands-on photography and editing. By reviewing assets, coordinating feedback, and supporting product imagery across ecommerce and marketing channels, the role helps deliver consistent, on-brand visual content.

What you'll do

• Maintain and document the photography style guide
• review and approve final assets for quality and brand consistency
• own the photo-editing pipeline and co-edit with the creative team
• prepare photography briefs
• coordinate photo feedback and priorities across stakeholders
• organize asset libraries, editing queues, shot lists, and briefs
• provide lighting support and monitor tethered images during shoots
• serve as backup photographer when needed
• coordinate product-listing photography with ecommerce merchandising
• deliver assets in required formats and specifications.
